Turn off the A30, follow the roundabout under the bridge and onto the A39 towards Newquay. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A392, drive until you reach Quintrell Downs. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A3058.

Go straight over when you reach the double roundabout and continue on Henver Rd. At the roundabout, go straight over onto Narrowcliff and take your next left at Ulalia Rd.

Lastly take the second right into Eliot Gardens and we are about 100m from the far end on your right hand side.
